Sign DEAC Permission Form Today!

Established in 1975, the Dealer Election Action Committee (DEAC) is the only non-profit political action committee representing franchised new car dealers of both imported and domestic brands. DEAC works to ensure that the voice of NADA is well represented on Capitol Hill by supporting pro-dealer, pro-business Congressional candidates.

NADA is requesting that each dealer or Authorized Representative of each NADA member sign a DEAC Permission Form (NADA-DEAC Permission and Contribution Forms) and fax it to DEAC at the number listed on the form as soon as possible in order to comply with federal election law which requires signed permission prior to a solicitation being sent by a trade association PAC with corporate members. Signing the form does not obligate you or anyone else at your dealership to make a future donation but simply enables DEAC to add your dealership to their mailing list.
