The Idaho Automobile Dealers Association is pleased to provide you with the latest vehicle summaries highlighting new and used vehicles titled in Idaho for cars & trucks as well as RV’s. This information is provided to you as a guide in your day to day business decisions.

IADA has a long-standing history of compiling this data and has developed extensive computer programs that can analyze, track and examine consumer buying trends by district, region, vehicle and manufacturer.

Our move to a web-based customization platform is a natural enhancement to the Idaho Vehicle Report Service (IVRS) based on both dealer demand and our comprehensive information about the marketplace. Dealers and businesses across Idaho are telling us repeatedly that our reports contain the straight forward and easily workable information they want, in the format they desire, and at a price that’s lower than the competition.

IVRS Custom Reports will offer:

Top 100: A top 100 ranking of new or used dealers.

By County By Make: A listing of totals of the top vehicle makes sold by each of the 44 counties in Idaho. (Includes county totals, make totals and an overall state total)

Annual Trends: A comprehensive and easy-to-understand one-page overview of a dealer's market including previous month/year comparisons.

Dealer Market Share Report: An estimate of the market size and market share based on the number of new vehicles sold and leased. Dealers can quickly see how their sales stack up to their competitors.

Make Market Share Report: A listing of the top-selling and bottom- selling makes, models and vehicle segments along with sales counts for inventory and sales opportunity planning.

Geographical Penetration Report: A list showing new/used vehicle sales by ZIP code, counties or by district to help dealers pinpoint where sales are strong and which areas need more attention.

Pump In/Pump Out: A summary of pump-in and pump-out statistics for all dealers within a market so they understand their "true" competitors.

IVRS Dealer Reports: A district wide report organzied by dealer from A-Z with dealer totals. Includes valuable info such as VIN, vehicle make, and more. These reports are available in PDF version or a CSV (Excel) file.

IVRS Title Search: A comprehensive data table allowing dealers to search vehicle sales by using 18 different search criteria. Dealers can use this tool to get a full picture of their marketplace.
